WHAT A COMEBACK! WHAT A WIN!
FULL-TIME: TEAM NORTHANTS 24–16 ISLINGTON
Half-time: 10–12
Our team showed incredible character today!
Islington came out strong, clearly determined to take control of the match from the very beginning. We struggled to find our rhythm in the first half, with misplaced passes and missed shots making things difficult. At half-time, we were trailing 10–12.
But this team never gives up!
A tactical change at half-time transformed the game. We came back with renewed energy, better teamwork and an outstanding defensive performance that made all the difference.
Our defence stood firm, limiting Islington to just four goals in the second half, while our attack found its rhythm. The result? An incredible comeback and a convincing 24–16 victory!
This is what resilience, belief and teamwork look like. We adapt, we fight together, and we finish strong!
